What’s Most Important to You?

 

Developing a strategy for achieving goals will get you there more quickly. Otherwise, without a game plan, you will become frustrated and loose interest. You won’t achieve your goals.

Another factor to consider is having too many goals on your plate at once. Have you ever been so overwhelmed that you didn’t know where to start? When I work with people, often the first question I ask is, “What’s most important to you?” Sounds so simple doesn’t it? Yet, how difficult it can be to answer!

So – what IS most important to you? Asking for a raise? Developing a positive attitude? Staying motivated during your job search? Developing more effective job search strategies?

Think about it, what is getting in the way of your success….and what one thing then becomes most important to getting you closer to your goals?
